With the launch of affordable Moto E on Tuesday, one of the leading Indian phone vendor Lava has announced that the company is soon going to introduce its another Moto E competitor in the form of Iris X. The company has not revealed the exact pricing of the phone, but hinted that it will cost below 8,000. Lava is already offering one Moto E competitor Iris 406Q in the country for 6,930.
The company has also released a teaser image of the device if you want to take a glimpse at the phone. According to the company, the Lava Iris X will sport 4.5-inch IPS display and will be powered by latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat. The shared teaser image indicates that its 8MP rear camera will have dual-LED flash support.
The remaining specifications of the device are still under the wraps, but we’re pretty much sure that the domestic phone maker will offer even better features and specification with Lava Iris X.
The other local vendors including Micromax, Karbonn etc. are still not revealed their intention to launch similar devices to compete with Moto E, but we would not be surprised if they launch such smartphones silently in the market.
