Micromax is soon going to introduce a mid-range dual-SIM Android smartphone, called Canvas Elanza 2 A121 in the local market. The phone is currently listed at Micromax official e-store which is an indication that it might be announced any time now.
On the specs front, the upcoming Micromax Canvas Elanza 2 A121 packs 5-inch HD 720p display, dual-SIM support, a quad-core Snapdragon 200 (MSM8212) processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 2MP front camera, 8MP primary camera with LED flash support and a 2000 mAh battery.
Running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, it includes 1GB of RAm for trouble free multitasking. The 4GB internal memory of the phone can also be expanded by up to 32GB via microSD card.
On the connectivity front, it has 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS support.
The company has not mentioned the pricing for the phone yet, but given the specs, it’s expected to carry a price tag of around 10K to 12K in the local markets. It will be available in Black color only.
