It looks like the Chinese phone maker Xiaomi will introduce a new high-end premium smartphone in the Chinese market later this week. The hands-on images of the smartphone, which is dubbed as Xiaomi Mi-3S has been leaked online earlier this week in China.

The leaked renders which also include a screenshot of the AnTuTu benchmark listing of the device, confirm that the this gigantic Xiaomi Mi-3S smartphone would sport a quad-core Snapdragon 801 chipset fired at 2.5GHz, a massive 3GB of RAM and latest Android 4.4.2 kitKat mobile operating system.

The benchmark listing also suggests that the device will include 16GB of internal memory, but knowing Xiaomi’s ways, there will probably be a 64GB version as well. The other specifications such as display size, cameras and battery capacities are still unclear, but rumours are rife that Xiaomi will pack 5-inch 1080p full HD display in this high-end smartphone.

There is also no word on its exact launch schedule as well as pricing at the moment, but we have heard unofficially that the device will cost around $320, and would be launched soon in homeland.
