Motorola has revealed that the company is all set to announce an affordable smartphone on 13th May. The company has just sent out the press invite for the event which is likely to be held in New Delhi and London simultaneously on the said date.
In the press invite, Motorola has not mentioned which device is coming at the event, but the line Made to last. Priced for all. mentioned at the end of the invite has sparked the rumours that the company would launch rumoured affordable Moto E smartphone at the event.
The company has not confirmed the specifications of Moto E yet, but if some rumours are to be trusted, it will pack 4.3-inch display having unknown resolution, 5MP rear camera, 1GB RAM, and 4GB of internal storage in addition to microSD card slot, which is missing in both Moto G and Moto X.
Backed by a 1900mAh battery, the Moto E is rumoured to include 1.2GHz dual-core processor, and would be powered by latest Android KitKat. Available in Black and White colour options, the phone is expected to come in single SIM as well as dual-SIM variants. The company is expected to sell dual-SIM version of Moto E in the Indian market.
