Samsung has revealed that it has started pushing out latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) tablet. According to the company, the KitKat update is currently live in Columbia for the Wi-Fi version (SM-P600) of the tablet and is expected to reach other markets over the coming weeks.
Available over-the-air and via Samsung Kies application, the update brings the usual KitKat specific goodies like translucent status bar icons, performance enhancements, immersive mode, user-interface improvements and more.
As always, the update is rolling out in phases, so not everyone will get it right-away. To manually check for the update, go to Settings » General » About phone » Software updates.
