LG Lucid 3 for Verizon

LG has released its latest mid-range smartphone in the form of Lucid 3 on the Verizon Wireless network in the USA. According to the company, the device is available starting April 17, 2014 from Verizon for $299.99 without contract. The device can also be grabbed from Verizon for free after $50 mail-in rebate debit card and a new two-year activation.

On the specifications front, it packs 4.7-inch qHD screen, 4G LTE support, and comes powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.

It operates on latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat, and comes equipped with VGA front camera and 5MP rear camera with LED flash as well.

Powered by a powerful 2,440 mAh battery, the LG Lucid 3 features almost all software tweaks such as KnockON with 80,000 possible KnockCode combinations to unlock the phone, QSlide 2.0, QuickMemo and many other present on the other mid-range LG smartphones. It works on Verizon’s 4G LTE network.

There is no word if company plans to launch the device in other markets outside USA.
