In addition to cheaper and plastic version of One M8, we are already aware that HTC has also set its eyes to introduce the mini version of the flagship this year. Now a new report popped up online indicates that HTC’s this miniature flagship will be launched next month in Taiwan. The cheaper and plastic version of One M8 is also rumoured to be announced in May.
If a report published in ePrice.com.tw is to be trusted, HTC One M8 mini will come with inferior specifications as One M8 including 4.5-inch HD display, a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, but it will be powered by latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat, and will come encased in metal body sporting 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera likely.
There is still no word on pricing, but considering the metal body and decent imaging features, we don’t see One M8 mini getting any aggressive pricing and the phone will most likely carry the same hefty price-tag like the last version.
