After the release of Q2500 PocketPad earlier this week, XOLO has now introduced another mid-range dual-SIM quad-core smartphone in Q-series. The phone is dubbed as XOLO Q1010i, and has been captured listed at company’s official website for a price of 13,499. Being considered as the successor of previously launched Q1010, the phone would be available for purchase later this month.
On the specification front, the all new XOLO Q1010i boasts 5-inch 720P HD IPS display with Asahi Scratch Resistent Glass coating, dual-SIM (GSM+GSM), and operates on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean (upgradable to Android KitKat).
It is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor with 500 MHz Mali 400MP2 GPU, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, and 2250 mAh battery. The phone includes 2MP front camera, 8MP rear camera with LED flash and 1080p recording support.
In addition to 32GB expandable memory support via microSD card, the new XOLO Q1010i comes equipped with an array of connectivity options including 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and USB OTG.
Considering the given specs, we can find that the XOLO Q1010i comes packed with similar specifications as its predecessor XOLO Q1010, which is retailing for 12,799 in the country. The only difference between the two is the Android 4.4 KitKat treatment which XOLO Q1010i will receive later this year. The phone is expected to be announced officially in few days.
