Samsung will soon launch a new dual-SIM quad-core smartphone in the Indian market. The phone which is dubbed as Galaxy S3 Neo, is found listed at company’s India website. Just few days ago, the company introduced Galaxy S3 Neo+ in China which is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core processor. This one also packs a quad-core processor but it’s down clocked at 1.2GHz frequency unlikely.
The other specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo include 1.5GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 64GB microSD support, 8MP AF rear camera with LED flash, 1.9MP front camera and 2100 mAh battery.
The phone boasts 4.8-inch 720p HD Super AMOLED display, dual-SIM support, and runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. On the connectivity front, it has 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi-Direct, Bluetooth v4.0, A-GPS and GLONASS.
In addition, the Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo comes with Samsung’s signature software customizations such as smart stay, smart alert, pop up play etc. It comes in Black and White colour options.
There is no official word on the pricing at the moment, but according to Mahesh Telecom, a Mumbai-based retailer, the phone will be sold for a best buy price of 24,990 in the country.
