XOLO has officially announced the launch of its latest quad-core processor powered smartphone XOLO Q2500 PocketPad in the country today. Introduced earlier this week, this newly launched phone packs 6-inch HD IPS display, dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) support, and operates on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean at the moment, but the company noted that it will receive Android KitKat update very soon in coming months.
Being a Q-series phone, it comes powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with 1GB RAM, and 4GB of internal memory which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
The other specifications of the smartphone include 2MP front camera and 8MP rear camera with LED flash and 1080p video recording support. Equipped with an array of connectivity options such as 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS, the XOLO Q2500 PocketPad packs a long lasting 3000 mAh battery which offers ample talk time and standby time to users.
According to the company, the XOLO Q2500 is priced at 14,999. Available in Black colour only, the phone will be shipped with free flip cover and USB OTG cable to the customers.
