Samsung has announced the launch of Galaxy Note 3 Neo and Grand Neo smartphones in the Indian market yesterday at the Samsung Forum 2014. According to the company, Galaxy Note 3 Neo will retail for 40,900, while Grand Neo will be sold for 18,400, the latter is already available online at just 17,901.
Coming to smartphone specific details, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo, which was announced last month, features 5.5-inch Super AMOLED HD display, hexa-core Exynos (1.7GHz A15 dual-core + 1.3GHz A7 quad-core) processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The phone also packs 3100 mAh battery, Android 4.3, NFC, IR Blaster, 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera.
On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo comes with just 5.01-inch WVGA display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, and 5MP rear camera. The phone also comes with VGA front camera, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. In addition, Grand Neo packs 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and 2100 mAh battery.
According to Samsung, Grand Neo will be sold in White, Midnight Black, Orange and Lime Green colour options and come bundled with 1GB of 3G data from Vodafone for the first two months.
As far as the availability of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo is concerned, it will be available by the end of February or early March in the country.
