The Chinese tech giant Lenovo, who acquired Motorola from Google recently, is reportedly working on two new affordable Android-based tablets, called A3500 and A3300. Both the alleged tablets have been found listed at Bluetooth Approval recently pointing towards the imminent launch of the devices.
The specifications of the alleged tablets are not official, but according to folks at Chinese website Mobile-dad, the innards of Lenovo A3500 include 7-inch IPS display bearing 800×1280 pixels resolution, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 5MP rear and 2MP front facing camera including 3G support.
On the other hand, the Lenovo A3300 packs 7-inch (600×1024p) IPS display, and is powered by 1.3GHz dual-core processor along with 1GB RAM. It has 2MP rear camera and VGA front facing camera as well.
There is no word on the exact version of Android powering the tablets, but we’re highly inclined to see Android 4.2 Jelly Bean version in both devices.
