The South Korean handset maker LG has today confirmed that it is definitely going to launch the rumoured flagship G Pro 2, the successor of existing G Pro, at the upcoming MWC 2014 exhibition in Spain next month. The MWC 2014 is scheduled to be held from Feb 24 to Feb 27, 2014 in Spain, Barcelona.
The company however has not disclosed the internals details, but if the rumours are to be believed, the LG G Pro 2 will boast 6-inch full HD display bearing 2560×1440 pixels of resolution, and will be powered by latest Android 4.4 KitKat, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and 3GB of RAM. The phone will pack usual connectivity options including LTE-A support. Some rumours also indicate that the phone will sport 5.9-inch QHD (2560x1440p) display.
Other details of the phone are still not clear at the moment, but expect to see more details as well as press renders in few coming days.
