India’s number two phone vendor Micromax has expanded its smartphone penetration in the Russian market with the introduction of two new Canvas-series phones named Canvas Beat A114R and Canvas Social A94 on Friday. According to the company, it would launch 14 new smartphones in Russia this year.
Both the phones, Canvas Beat A114R and Canvas Social A94 run on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, and are powered by 1.2 GHz quad core Broadcom BCM23550 Processor.
Micromax Canvas Beat A114R features 5-inch qHD display, 1 GB RAM, 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and 2000 mAh battery. On the other hand, Canvas Social A94 comes packed with 4.5-inch IPS display, 512MB RAM, 5MP rear camera, front camera and 1800mAh battery.
Both the phones come with usual connectivity options including 3G, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
