Micromax is reportedly working on its first octa-core processor powered smartphone, which is dubbed as Micromax A350. Some reports even indicate that the alleged phone will be dubbed as Canvas 5 A350, and will pack 1.7GHz octa-core processor, full HD display and 2GB of RAM. The other specifications are not known at this point, but considering these specs, the phone is expected to be launched as flagship smartphone from the house of Micromax.
Micromax’s this upcoming octa-core processor powered smartphone has been recently spotted on Antutu benchmark where it scored26886 points, which is higher than the Samsung Galaxy S4 (26147) and the HTC One (26556).
Recently, we saw Intex announcing its first octa core smartphone, called Aqua Octa in the country, which packs 6-inch (720×1280 pixels) HD OGS (One-Glass Solution) IPS display, dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) capability, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, MediaTek’s MT6592 octa-core chipset clocked at 1.7GHz with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage.
