As expected, Lava has officially announced the release of it latest affordable smartphone, called Iris 405+ in the Indian market today. Being considered as the upgraded version of existing Iris 405, the phone has been priced at 6,999. However Flipkart, the leading e-retailer where phone was listed earlier this week has attached a price tag of 6,549 with this phone. The retailer is still waiting for the stocks of the phone.
The new dual-SIM Lava Iris 405+ comes with 4-inch WVGA display, Android 4.2, 1.3GHz dual-core MediaTek processor and 512MB RAM out of the box. The phone also includes 5MP rear camera, VGA front camera, 1400 mAh battery and usual connectivity features including 3G.
