Lenovo has finally announced the release of its latest smartphone, named vibe X in the Indian market today. Originally announced in China back in October, the smartphone is currently being sold only in China and Russia, and India is the 3rd country where Lenovo has introduced this smartphone so early.
According to Lenovo, the Vibe X has been priced 25,999, and will be available shortly in the country via leading online retailers, Lenovo’s authorized stores as well as prominent mobile stores.
We already know the specifications, but to remind, it features 5-inch IPS display with Gorilla Glass 3, and is powered by Android 4.2 backed by 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589T processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. In addition, it has 13MP rear camera, 5Mp front camera, 2000 mAh battery and usual connectivity features.
The pricing of the Vibe X seems decent given the specifications and it will be competing with the likes of Micromax Canvas Turbo A250, Gionee Elife E6, and several other budget full HD smartphones from several Indian vendors.
