We all know HTC’s plan to introduce the successor of flagship HTC One in the form of HTC M8 next year, and this week we’ve managed to get some more details related to this upcoming smartphone. Thanks to prolific leaker Evleaks which have revealed keys specifications of the HTC M8 via their tweet.
In his tweet, Evleaks has mentioned that the upcoming HTC One successor will come featured with 5-inch full HD display, and will be powered by quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor and latest Android 4.4 KitKat, although at this point it is not clear if this would feature a Ultrapixel camera or 4-megapixel UltraPixel camera similar to the HTC One.
The other specifications such as included RAM, battery capacity and phone’s construction are still missing, but if earlier rumoures are to be believed, HTC is looking forward to embed 3GB of RAM in this HTC One successor. The phone will also have unibody construction and the body would be wrapping around the sides too, unlike the HTC One as rumours suggest. Some leaked pictures also indicate that the phone will support fingerprint scanner on the back similar to HTC One Max.
There is no word on when the phone will be actually announced, but speculations are rife that HTC is set to announce the phone ahead of the MWC 2014 in February, one year after the HTC One.
