Samsung India has officially announced the launch of its Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) in the country at a press event in Mumbai. The tablet, which was originally unveiled back in September along with Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear smartwatch, will be available for 49,990 beginning this weekend.
We already know that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) comes with 10.1-inch 2560x1600p Super Clear LCD display, and is powered by 1.9GHz Exynos 5 Octa processor paired with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of on-board storage and 8220 mA h battery. It runs on latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and includes 8MP front shooter, 2MP front camera, 3G support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS plus Glonass and 64GB microSD support as well as several software tweaks. In addition, the tablet also packs S-Pen stylus like any other Galaxy Note series devices.
“The new GALAXY Note 10.1 is the most progressive 10-inch tablet, delivering the best viewing and multitasking experiences. It is the most recent demonstration of Samsung Mobile’s focus on constant product innovation to stay aligned with shifting consumer interests,” the company said in a statement.
Promotional offer: According to Samsung, Note 10.1 (2014) will come with special “Content Gifts” via Samsung app store in the country including a free six months subscription to digital versions of 30 leading Indian magazines.
