Samsung has started rolling out latest Android 4.3 update to its Exynos chipset powered Galaxy S4 I9500 smartphone. The update is currently available in Russia, and the other nations will be getting the update in just few coming days.
Like always, this update is also rolling out in phased manner, so it might be possible that you didn’t get the update notification right now. The update is available via both OTA as well as Samsung Kies software. You can check the availability of the update for your smartphone by connecting it to PC and using Samsung Kies app. just navigate to Settings > More > About Device > Software update > Update on your phone. You can also check it right from you phone by moving Settings > More > About Device > Software update > Update
The Android 4.3 update of Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500 bring several improvements and goodies to the phone including improved RAM management, better display colour reproduction, new Samsung browser etc. There is no official change-log available at this point, but according to the folks of SamMobile, the changes are pretty much same as the Snapdragon version apart from the lack of OpenGL 3.0 support.
