Sony has officially announced the launch of its latest Xperia C smartphone in the Indian market today. Priced at 21,490, this dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) smartphone is already on sale in the country beginning this month.
Considered as the competitor of existing Samsung Galaxy Grand, Micromax Canvas 4 and the upcoming LG Optimus G Pro Lite, the Sony Xperia C comes with 5-inch qHD display with 960 x 540 pixel resolutions, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB internal memory, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box.
The Sony Xperia C is powered by a 2390mAh battery, and includes 8MP rear camera, FM radio, 32GB microSD support, LED notification light right below the display, and usual set of connectivity options such as 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS.
The smartphone is available in Black and white colour and ships with a free Sony MDR-ZX100A headset worth 1,490 as well as with an accidental damage cover for a limited period.
