HTC has finally announced the release of awaited HTC One Mini in India and Philippines. Featuring 4.3-inch 720p display, the smartphone is a stripped down version of flagship HTC One that boast 4.7-inch Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen display having resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.
It is powered by 1.4GHz dual-core Snapdragon 400 processor coupled with 1GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with its own Sense 5.0 user interface which packs features like Blinkfeed and HTC Zoe, and includes Ultrapixel rear camera, 1.6MP front camera, 1800 mAh battery
According to the company, the smartphone has been priced at 36,790 and PhP25,390 in India and Philippines respectively, and both the countries will get the device in few coming days.
The pricing is clearly a disappointment in both India and Philippines and much better smartphones such as can be grabbed for lower price tag.
