After kicking off its first dual-SIM tablet Funbook Mini P410, Micromax is now reportedly planning to introduce its first full HD smartphone in the Indian market in coming weeks. A Twitter user, called MMXNewscaster, who has quite good record with Micromax related products, has apparently leaked some of the few specifications of this upcoming smartphone via his tweet yesterday.
According to MMXNewscaster, the alleged smartphone will be launched as Micromax A250 Canvas Turbo, and will include a quad-core processor (most probably from MediTek). The leaker, however has failed to disclose other specifications of this full HD display smartphone, but we are expecting to see high end specifications such as 2GB RAM, 16GB on-board storage, 13MP rear shooter, front camera, 64GB microSD support and usual connectivity options in the smartphone.
There is no word on the pricing and the expected launch schedule at the moment, but the phone is speculated to be priced over 20,000 and the official launch is rumoured to be happened at the end of this month.
