It looks like HTC is on update mission in India. Soon after it announced Android 4.2.2 update for One X, it has started rolling out the same update for One X+ smartphone users in the country. The update (Build number v2.18.707.5), which is 400MB in size, is available for download through OTA only. The update is rolling out in phased manner, and users will automatically get a notification on their smartphones as soon as the update is ready for their handset. However they can also manually check for the update by navigating to Settings < About Phone < System Updates < Check now in their HTC One X+ smartphone.

The software update for One X+ is pretty much similar to One X update and brings the same set of changes, which include HTC Sense 5, Blinkfeed, lock-screen widgets, battery level in status bar, sleep mode option in power settings notifications, quick settings panel, video highlights, slide show function for the camera, AE/AF enhancements in the camera and lot more.
