HP has released re-branded Nvidia Tegra Note in the form of Slate 7 Extreme tablet. There is no word on the pricing and availability on the tablet yet, but we speculates that the tablet will be priced $199 similar to Tegra Note, and will be available for purchase starting next month.

In terms of specifications, HP Slate 7 Extreme comes with similar internals as that of Tegra Note 3 including 7-inch 1280x800p display, 1.8 GHz Tegra 4 quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB of on-board storage, 32GB microSD card support, 5MP rear camera, VGA front camera, 4100 mAh battery, and usual set of connectivity features like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

According to HP, Slate 7 Extreme also packs micro HDMI port and NVIDIA PureAudio technology, which provides true surround sound through front-facing speakers and a dedicated bass-reflex port speaker.

In related news, Nvidia has partnered with XOLO to sell its recently launched Tegra Note in India. As per Nvidia, Tegra Note is priced at $1999 and will hit the Indian stores next month.
