After AT&T, Verizon has become the 2nd U.S network operator which has started taking pre-orders for the recently launched flagship Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear smartwatch, with a promise that the devices will start shipping from October 10 next month.
The telco is offering Samsung Galaxy Note 3 for USD $299.99 with usual two year contract and charging USD $699.99 for unsubsidized version.
As far as Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch is concerned, the Verizon is not offering it separately at least for now. The telco is selling it bundled with Galaxy Note 3 and charging a whopping USD $599.98 on usual two year contract, and USD $999.98 if you not wish to commit to any contract. So company is taking $299.99 for the watch either way.
AT&T, the first telco which started taking the pre-order for Note 3, is selling it for $299.99 with 2-years usual contract, but charging $724.99 for unlocked version that comes without any contract.
Some other telecoms operators such as T-Mobile, Sprint and US Cellular are yet to announce the Galaxy Note 3 on their networks, however we have confirmation that T-Mobile is going to offer Galaxy Note 3 beginning October 2 for $199.99 with two-year contract.
