Huawei has introduced a new Android smartphone in Honor line-up in China todays. Dubbed as Honor 3, the smartphone is listed at company’s China website and has been priced at 1,888 yuan (approx. USD $308) in Chinese market.

According to the company’s store listing, Huawei Honor 3 boasts 4.7-inch HD 720p display and comes powered by Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS along with 1.5GHz quad-core Huawei K3V2E processor, 2GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory and 2,150 mAh battery.

In addition, the smartphone is also equipped with 13MP rear camera, 1.3MP front camera, microSD card slot for memory expansion.

On connectivity front, the Huawei Honor 3 comes with 3G, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. According to the company, it’s a waterproof phone and comes with IP57 certification.

There is still no word regarding the launch of the smartphone in other market, but considering the mid-range specification, we wouldn’t be surprised if company launches it in other growing markets including India too.
