After flagship LG G2, the company now seems to be planning to launch a mid-range smartphone in the form of LG Optimus L9 II by the end of this month. Details and the specifications of the alleged smartphone have been revealed by prolific leaker Evleaks, and as per the leaker the official announcement might be very soon.
The technological blog The Unlockr via Evleaks reports that the upcoming LG Optimus L9 II will boast 4.7-inch 720p display and will be powered by Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 MSM8320 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. Under the hood, there will be 8GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, 8MP rear camera, and 1.3MP front camera. The phone will have 2150 mAh battery.
The smartphone will be joining the company’s already available L-series II smartphones like Optimus L1 II, L3 II, L4 II, L5 II and L7 II.
In addition to LG Optimus L9 II, the company also rumoured to launch its new tablet–LG G Pad next month. According to the reports, the tablet is said to feature 8.3-inch 1920x1200p resolution IPS display, quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
