HTC One is not the only smartphone that Verizon is retailing in USA from today. The telecom operator has also started selling the new LG Enact slide-out QWERTY smartphone on its network in USA starting today. The smartphone is available at $19.99 with the usual two-year contract or $349.99 without any contract.
LG Enact comes with entry-level specifications, and as per the Verizon listing, it features 4-inch WVGA display and is powered by Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8930 processor, 8GB of internal memory and 2,460 mAh battery.
In addition, it also packs 5MP rear camera with LED flash, VGA front camera, microSD card slot and LTE support. The device also comes pre-loaded with a few software goodies from LG such as VuTalk, Quick Translator, QSlide 2.0, QuickMemo and Smart Screen.
There is no word on the availability of the smartphone in other markets, and also we’re not expecting to see the smartphone outside USA.
