It appear that Finnish phone maker Nokia is now working on a new large display Windows RT powered tablet. The alleged device is just made its appearance at GFXBench website in which it has been shown with display having resolution of 1371X771 pixels close to Windows RT tablet.
The benchmark listing clearly mentions the presence of top of the line quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 mobile processor with Adreno 330 graphics chip. This high end chipset can easily drive a tablet with HD display. However the details about the clock frequency and to be embedded RAM are still missing in the benchmark. We’ll update the post if we find some more details about the alleged tablet in coming days.
In related news, it’s not too long when Nokia’s vice president for app development Bryan Biniak, showed their frustration to Microsoft for slow development pace of the Windows Phone platform. According to him, the lack of popular app has been making Nokia miss the opportunity of sale in comparison with the rivals like Samsung, Sony and other phone maker which are currently highly concentrated on producing Google’s Android powered devices.
