Are you bothered due to getting a lot of friend requests in Facebook from the people who are either totally strange or even you don’t want to have friendship with them? You know having so much strange friends in Facebook is nothing but an annoyance. Although there is no such provision in Facebook to stop getting friend requests anymore but by making some settings it is possible to limit random friend requests to a certain extent. You know, by default Facebook broadcasts your profile to everyone and this is the main reason of getting so many friend requests by strangers. But you can stop this by restricting your appearances in Facebook to only friends of friends.
How to Do Setting?
- Go to your Facebook privacy settings. In privacy settings, select custom and scroll down and click the Edit Settings link next to How You Connect.
- For the question – Who can send you friend requests? – select Friends of Friends and then click Done.
Now, only friends of your Facebook friends will be able to send you friend requests, and your profile will appear only for those people who are friends of friends. The strangers other than your friends of Facebook friends now are not able to send you friend requests. 😆 😆
