This month XOLO is reportedly preparing for the launch of yet another quad-core processor powered smartphone in the Indian market. According to the NDTV Gadgets, this new to-be launched smartphone is dubbed as XOLO Q1000s and it features 5-inch 720p touch screen display. As per the report, XOLO Q1000s will be available in the country by the end of this month with a speculated price of INR Rs.16,999.

The company has already announced that it is going to launch its first quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 powered smartphone named XOLO Play T1000 featuring 5-inch 720p display, Android 4.1, and 1GB RAM on coming July 15, 2013. The phone is currently available on pre-order in India.

As far as the specifications of XOLO Q1000S are concerned, then according to the report, it will come with 5-inch 720p display, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, 1.5GHz quad-core processor, and will include 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera.

Expected to be the competitor of Micromax Canvas 4, apart from the camera and overclocked processor, the XOLO Q1000S seems to be very similar to previously leaked Q1000+. It is very likely that XOLO has tweaked the rumoured Q1000+ specs and made them more competitive to other budget phablets available in the Indian market.
