iBerry, the Hong Kong based electronic manufacturer, is the latest company which has joined the smartphone arena in India. The company has started its smartphone business in the country by launching its latest smartphone named Auxus Nuclea N1 today.

Featuring 5-inch 1080p full HD Active Matrix touchscreen display with OGS technology and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS, it is officially priced at INR Rs.18,000, but as per the company, the phone will be available for a promotional price of INR Rs.15,999 to the pre-order customers. The pre-orders begin on July 13 and will continue for ten days. The pre-booking of the smartphone will start on the company’s official website as well as on eBay.in from the mentioned date.

Coming back to the specs, iBerry Auxus Nuclea N1 packs 1.6GHz quad-core MT6589T processor and includes 13MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, usual set of connectivity options and 2800 mAh battery. There is no word on internal storage or RAM.

According to iBerry, the Auxus Nuclea N1 will be shipped with four coloured back covers with the smartphone, so consumers can change the back panel depending on their mood or taste. In India, the smartphone will be competing with recently launched Micromax Canvas 4 which also comes with similar specifications and almost same price tag.
