The next generation Nexus 7 tablet codenamed Asus K009, which had just passed through FCC certification couple of days back, is now appeared on the internet for the first time. The image of the alleged tablet has been captured at the Bluetooth SIG website, which also reveals the specifications and presence of Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor in the device.
According to the Bluetooth SIG listing, the Nexus 7 II is said to come with 7-inch backlit capacitive multitouch 1920x1200p display, front camera, rear camera, LTE, and Wi-Fi support. Here Bluetooth SIG listing seems to be in contradiction with FCC in terms of the processor. While FCC lists Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, Bluetooth SIG indicates Snapdragon 600 processor in the device.
First FCC and now after Bluetooth SIG listing, we are now looking forward to see more images of the tablet in action in few coming days. Looks like the official announcement of the tablet may happen any time this month, although some reports suggest that the tablet will be available only from next month.
