As reported earlier, the LG is going to launch flagship Optimus G Pro in Asian markets including India next month. The company has revealed this information in a press event held in Macau today. As per the company the smartphone will be first available in Hong Kong beginning early-June and will be rolled-out gradually in other countries by the end of the month.

Originally announced at Mobile World Congress, LG optimus G Pro first went on sale in South Korea followed by Japan and other markets.

Touted as the competitor of Samsung Galaxy Note II, LG Optimus G Pro sports 5.5-inch full HD display and runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean platform. It comes packed with 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB on-board storage, 13-megapixel rear camera, 2.1 MP front-facing camera, 3,140mAh battery and usual set of connectivity options.

In addition, the phone also features software customization like Smart Video eye recognition, Dual Camera, Dual Recording, VR Panorama, Pause and Resume Recording and lot more.

There is still no word on its pricing in India, but we hope to see it with a price tag of sub INR Rs.40K in the country.
