Samsung has started providing Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for Samsung Galaxy Music in United Kingdom. The update is currently available only for single-SIM variant of the device via over-the-air (OTA) and Samsung’s Kies app. The update for the dual-SIM version of Samsung Galaxy Music is expected to be released soon too.

The Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update in Samsung Galaxy Music is said to bring improved user interface, Google Now support, enhanced notifications, Project Butter improvements and improved battery performance as well along with Samsung’s own new TouchWiz Nature UX interface to the smartphone.

Originally announced in October last year, the Samsung Galaxy Music packs 3-inch QVGA display, 850MHz processor, 3MP rear camera, 512MM of RAM, 4GB of internal storage and 1300 mAh battery.

There is no word if the update will be available in other countries, but looking at the updation record of Samsung, the Galaxy Music is expected to receive Android Jelly Bean update in other countries too.
