BlackBerry CEO, Thorston Heins has officially announced the launch of a new Qwerty Keypad equipped BlackBerry Q5, a BB10 smartphone, at BlackBerry Live event in Orlando. As per the company, it’s an entry-level smartphone which is designed to compete with rivals in emerging markets all over the world.

Sporting 3.1-inch touchscreen display, the BlackBerry Q5 comes with
5 Megapixel camera and 8 GB of internal storage. It comes in various vibrant colours like red, white, black and pink. The device is scheduled to be launched in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America starting summer this year with an undisclosed price.
