After announcing the launch of quad-core processor powered Signature HD A119 smartphone, Celkon has again come forward with two new handsets this week in the country. The company has announced an Android-based A107 Signature One and a feature phone named Celkon C779 for the Indian market.
Talking about Celkon A107 Signature One, it sports 5-inch capacitive touch screen display and is powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. It packs 1GHz dual-core processor along with 512MB of RAM and 512MB of internal storage out of which 105MB is accessible to the users.
For imaging purpose, the smartphone includes 8-megapixel rear camera and a VGA one on the front. It has usual set of connectivity options like Bluetooth Wi-Fi and 3G etc. Celkon A107 Signature One is expected to be launched on May 18, 2013 in the country and the company is also offering a flip cover along with the phone.
As far as Celkon C779 is concerned it’s a dual-SIM(GSM+GSM) handset equipped with 1.3MP camera , Bluetooth connectivity, loudspeaker and an audio/ video player. The phone has a 1,800 mAh battery, but it can also powered by AAA battery for limited period of time.
