The purported images of Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini have been surfaced online. The pictures of the alleged device has been posted by a Chinese website Weibo.com.
At the first sight, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini quite analogous to its elder Samsung Galaxy S4 in term of design. The only significant difference between the two are their display size. While Galaxy S4 Mini sports bigger 5-inch AMOLED display, Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini is reported to have relatively smaller display of 4.3-inches with 256ppi pixel density against 441 ppi pixel density in Galaxy S4. This Mini device will be powered by 1.6 GHz dual-core processor, instead of Octa-core Samsung Exynos 5 processor (international version) or the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor found on the Samsung Galaxy S4. Among the other features, it will have 5MP camera, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Samsung’s Nature UX 2.0. Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini is speculated to come in single SIM as well as dual-SIM versions also.
This mini device was rumored to be launched back in April last month, but since it’s already passed, the company is now expected to launch the device in June-July alongside the rugged Samsung Galaxy S4 Active and Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom this year.
