Following the way the other phone manufacturers, Videocon has also announced the the launch of its first quad-core processor powered smartphone in the country. Dubbed as Videocon A45, the smartphone supports dual-SIM connectivity and boasts 4.7 inch qHD display.
Running on Android v4.1 Jelly Bean OS, Videocon A47 is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek which is also seen powering Micromax A116 Canvas HD, 1 GB RAM and 4 GB of internal memory (1.5 GB user usable).
Powered by 1800 mAH battery, it also houses 12MP camera with flash and a 3 megapixel front facing camera. For connectivity, it supports 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS.
The price of the phone has not been announced but it is likely to be priced below 11,000 mark when it hits the market in next couple of days.
