Acer Hording
Acer is reportedly planning to launch next generation Iconia B1 tablet in June this year. Originally announced in CES this year, Acer Iconia B1 which costs around $150, received overwhelming response and faced a great sale across the globe.

According to the DigiTimes, the company was earlier schedule to launch the Iconia B1 successor by the end of this year, but facing Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Lenovo also joining the competition with cheap tablets, Acer has decided to adjust its product schedule to counter its competitors’ advances.

In order to compete with rivals, the company has also rescheduled the announcement of a 10-inch budget tablet, likely to be equipped with MediaTek processor, from 2013-end to August (probably IFA).
