NEW YORK: It has been in news for a quite long time that Apple is in the process of making its own television set called Apple iTV. As per new reports, iTV is going to feature a 60 inch screen diagonally. The product is also likely to be come in 50 inch and 55 inch versions.

This innovative product from Apple will also be controlled through a small ring called Apple iRing by pointing the finger to screen.

Brian White of Topeka Capital Markets said :

The iTV will be 60 inches on the diagonal, but could also come in 50- and 55-inch versions. Apple will also release a small iRing that fits on the viewer’s finger, allowing the user to control the screen by pointing. The report is based on gleanings from visits with Chinese and Taiwanese companies that supply Apple with components.

Reports have surfaced that Apple will launch its iTV late this year and the device will be priced anywhere between USD $1500 to USD $2500. The concept of iTV with iRing seems interesting. Let’s see, what Apple has to add in the traditional television sets.
