The Chinese manufacturer Huawei is all set to announce a new Android smartphone Ascend P2 at upcoming MWC event in Barcelona. The specs of the smartphone, however is not officially revealed as of now, but a Chinese website has leaked the supposed specs of this smartphone even before the announcement.

According to a post published in website, Huawei Ascend P2 would feature 4.7-inch 1080p display, Android Jelly Bean OS, 1.8GHz K3V2 ) quad-core processor,1GB/2GB RAM, 13MP rear camera and will be powered by 2200mAh battery.

Huawei is also planning to launch the mini version of Ascend P2 at MWC along with normal Ascend P2, that would have 4-inch 720p display, Android Jelly Bean OS and 8MP camera. At the moment, there is no details available regarding its on-board processor and RAM, but hope to see at least 1GHz dual-core processor and 1GB RAM.

After the announcement at MWC on 24th February, both the smartphones would go on sale with a variety of back cover colors options.
