Samsung announced Galaxy Premier in the month of October this year and at that time the smartphone was expected to be available soon in market. But now it seems that the smartphone enthusiasts will have to wait for some more weeks, because as per the Sammobile, Samsung has delayed the launch of this high end smartphone for open market to 2013 end of January even to week 5 first week of February. The Galaxy Premier will be available only in some selected European countries including Ukraine and Russia before the end of January next year. There is also a little good news claiming that Samsung Galaxy Premier will now be available in one more color variant which would be Steel Gray.
Samsung Galaxy Premier features a 4.65-inch super AMOLED HD capacitive touchscreen display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution and has been powered by Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system supported by a dual-core 1.5 GHz TI OMAP 4470 processor, PowerVR SGX 544 graphics chipset and 1 GB RAM. This high-end smartphone supports 8 MP primary camera with LED flash on the back, 1.9 MP front camera, Bluetooth, Accelerometer, light sensor, proximity sensor, digital compass, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, A-GPS, GLONASS and a long lasting 2100 mAh battery. The smartphone would be available in two variants-8GB and 16GB and both the variants can be expanded up to 64 GB via microSD card.
